If there is a limit on the quantity available of a fee item, e.g. limited number of places in a class, tickets to a show, switch the Limited option to Yes. 
You should also enter the maximum number in the box below.

What will happen if the Limited option is switched to Yes?

If clients try to purchase a fully booked fee item, e.g. a class with a limited number of spaces, they will be advised on screen that the class is full. They will be asked to fill in their details which will be emailed to your organisation alerting you to their interest and allowing you to create a waiting list, should there be spaces that become available.
