How to Send a Payment Request

Easy Payments Plus can be used to request payment from clients by email and text. These requests can be paid:
(a) Online by card
(b) At their local Payzone Retail Agent by cash.


Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Click Request Payment in the drop-down menu. and use the Find button to search for a client.

Step 2: Type in the client's Surname and click Find.

Step 3: Click Select Name for the appropriate account.


Step 4: Choose the item you would like to send the payment request for from the Fee Type & Fee List and click Add Item to Bill.


Step 5: Type in your message in the text box provided and add an optional file. Once satisfied, click Create.


If the cash collection facility is enabled on your account, you can only request one item with each payment request.



















The payment request will be sent based on the following criteria:

(a) If the you have Send Payment Request via Text=Y on your profile, then the request is sent via text.

(b) If the you have Send Payment Request via Email=Y on your profile, then the request is sent via email if the person has agreed to receive email messages.















If you cannot click on Select Name for a client, a possible reason for this is because their status to allow notifications via text/email is unticked.

  • Text: 5c per text
  • Email: Free
