Failed/Deleted Payments


This payment report allows you review any payment which may have failed or was deleted and will provide a reason for this occurring.   

You have the following functions within this report:

  • Print report
  • Change dates: if you want to view this report for a certain period, you can set the dates
  • You can export the displayed report to an excel/CSV file

Note: Pre-Payment means that the client went as far as the payment screen but either didn't proceed to enter their card details or failed 3DSecure.
