How to define an instalment plan to run indefinetely

You can define an instalment plan so that the same amount is debited from your clients card indefinitely.

Step-by-step guide

    1. Go to Fees - Define New Fee and define the item name and cost. The cost should be the amount of the instalment to be processed.
    2. At the top of the section click on the option to enable recurring
    4. This then reveals a section at the bottom of the fee definition screen to enable you to define the instalment plan.
    6. Select the frequency from the drop down list
    7. Enter 9999 for the number of instalments.  
    8. Select a start date in the future.
    9. If the variable start date option is enabled your client will be able to register for this instalment plan after the fixed start date. If it id disabled then the instalment option will not be offered to your client after the fixed start date.
    10. Leave enable pay in full to No
